Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Empty contents of the Curry Paste pack in a pan. Add 1/2 cup Milk. Stir & cook it for 2 mins.
Step 2: Add 750 gms of Chicken/Paneer/Mix. Veg & mix well.
Step 3: Close the lid & cook for about 15 mins on slow flame until the Chicken turns soft. If Paneer/Mix. Veg, cook for just 10 mins.
Qwiglie Play
For extra zing, marinate the chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/3rd tsp turmeric & 4 tbsp yogurt for 30 mins. Add 2 tbsp fresh cream while cooking. Finally, garnish with some coriander leaves & a dollop of butter.
