Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Empty contents of the Curry Paste pack in a pan. Add 3/4th cup water. Stir & cook it for 2 mins.
Step 2: Add 750 gms of Chicken/Paneer/Mix. Veg & mix well.
Step 3: Close the lid & cook for about 15 mins on slow flame until the Chicken turns soft. If Paneer/ Mix. Veg, cook for just 10 mins.
Qwiglie Play
For extra zing, marinate the chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp turmeric & 4 tbsp yogurt for 30 mins. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves, a slit green chilli & some ginger juliennes.
