Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Empty contents of the Curry Paste pack in a pan. Add 3/4th cup Coconut Milk. Stir & cook it for 5 mins. (Instead of Coconut Milk you can use 1/2 cup water)
Step 2: Add 750 gms of Fish. (Pomfret/Mackerel/Prawns)
Step 3: Close the lid & cook for about 5 mins on slow flame.
Qwiglie Play
For extra zing, marinate the fish with 1/2 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp turmeric. Add 3 to 4 rinds of kokum at the start of cooking. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
