Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Empty contents of the Curry Paste pack in a pan. Add 3/4th cup water. Stir & cook it for 2 mins.
Step 2: Add 750 gms of Chicken/Paneer/Mix. Veg & mix well.
Step 3: Close the lid & cook for about 15 mins on slow flame until the Chicken turns soft. If Paneer/Mix Veg, cook for just 10 mins.
Qwiglie Play
For extra zing, at the start add a tablespoon of coconut oil. Then add a teaspoon of mustard seeds & around 8 to 10 curry leaves. Stir till mustard seeds start spluttering. Then proceed with the cooking instructions.
