Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Empty contents of the Curry Paste pack in a pressure cooker. Add 3/4th cup water.
Step 2: Add 750 gms of Mutton & mix well.
Step 3: Close the lid & cook for about 7 to 8 whistles on medium flame until the Mutton turns soft.

Qwiglie Play
For extra zing, marinate the mutton with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder & 4 tbsp yoghurt for 30 mins. Add 2 pinches of saffron while cooking. Garnish with some coriander leaves & onion rings.
